"Nat guided me through the worst time of my life - I was mentally broken (which was a new feeling for me) after experiencing my first ever panic attack. I am a mum to two young boys so being so vulnerable and “on edge” was just not an option for me. They needed me and I was not going to live with these new feelings. I was withdrawn from friends,had a constant anxious feeling in my stomach, insomnia and a panicky feeling about having another panic attack. I needed help, I needed these feelings to go away and just wanted more than anything to feel my normal self again. After my very first session with Nat, I felt so relaxed and my mind was at ease, every session after that just got better and better and can honestly say I have no worries, anxious thoughts or physical symptoms anymore. Anxiety
Having not had a job interview for 20 years it would be an understatement to say I was anxious / nervous / petrified! It almost stopped me applying for a new role but then I asked for Nat’s help. She created me a bespoke hypnotherapy recording which I listened to many times before the interview, it gave me confidence and the ability to believe in myself and I got the job!
Having had such a positive experience I then asked for help again when I suffered from a an extreme case of imposter syndrome in my new job - again doubting my own abilities. This time we had a Zoom session, Nat took the time to listen to my worries and anxieties and then took me through a series of exercises and visualisations which really made a difference! I’ve not looked back since, I can’t recommend Nat enough; whatever your fear, concern, anxiety or negative thought pattern that’s preventing you from moving forward or living your best life she can help with. "With an open mind I contacted Nat for help to confront and overcome a childhood phobia of mine which had continued into my adult life.
Nat was extremely caring and professional throughout and made me feel very comfortable to open up and confront my phobia.
Nat used hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques; a treatment and process which I found to be highly effective. I found the sessions to be enjoyable and they left me with a real sense of calmness.

Phobia
"Although on paper, my first birth may sound non traumatic, for me I found it to be extremely traumatising due to many many factors. Afterwards I found I struggled with anxiety, flash backs and worries, however I managed to get through this with the support of family and friends and push these feelings away for some time.
It wasn’t until around week 30 in my second pregnancy that these feelings and anxieties started to resurface. Because of this, I contacted Nat for some support and to see if she could help with my upcoming anxiety’s and worries in time for my next labour.
Nat is an excellent listener and what I loved is there was no pressure or need to share anything I didn’t want to. I wasn’t expected to even talk about my worries / anxiety’s / troubles. It was more about following a process that Nat is trained in, that would in hand hopefully help engage my unconscious mind to think differently.
I am shocked that after only 2 sessions, I feel different. Different in a way that these emotions and anxieties I was experiencing are almost blocked out. I am aware they are still there, but I no longer seem to be experiencing the same worries and troubles I was. I feel a lot more positive about my next birth and have even found myself listening to relaxation tracks on a daily basis now as a result of the process Nat used and how it impacted me.
I found after both sessions I was absolutely exhausted the next day, so I would recommend nothing too strenuous afterwards. I think being able to relax after the sessions contributed to the fantastic result."
Birth trauma
"I booked Nat for the Hypnobirthing course whilst pregnant with my first child and it was the best decision I made. Nat was fantastic , she put myself & my husband at ease explaining all about labour and how the body works. She is engaging and has such a calm soul so I instantly felt relaxed with her. After the sessions I felt empowered and excited to give birth. Both myself & my husband used all the techniques we learnt throughout my labour, which meant we were blessed with the most incredible experience. I can’t thank Nat enough for this.
I have also recently used Nat for some therapy for myself and once again she has been brilliant. I now have new techniques to help me when I feel anxious or overwhelmed. I’ve only had 3 sessions but it’s made such a difference to how I am feeling.
