This is our complete Hypnobirthing programme. Delivered across four Saturday sessions for you and your birth partner, in the comfort of your own home, in Southampton and surrounding areas in Hampshire.

Short on time? Been putting birth to the back of your mind or too busy looking after your other children? Maybe you’re 37weeks and having a last minute wobble. Then this is the class for you! It’s never too late to learn some practical hypnobirthing skills to get yourself birth ready!
Held at your home or on zoom, this condensed 3 hour course is our most accessible and affordable option.

If you love it so much that you decide to go on to book a full hypnobirthing course, then the fee of £150 will be deducted  from your full course.

Whether you worked with NuVu for your previous birth or used a different hypnobirthing method, we will tailor the perfect refresher session for you!

Held at your home or on zoom (minimum 2 hour session)

2 hour session: £100 

3 hour session: £140

Maybe your birth plan has changed for one reason or another, maybe a caesarean is being discussed but things are still up in the air, and you want to feel prepared for various scenarios. Whatever your situation, we will tailor the session(s) to you.
